From 11 April to 24 July 2007 the “Ekaterina” Cultural Foundation was hosting the personal exhibition of one of the leading modern art painters Vladimir Yankilevsky “Moment of Eternity”. Its aim was to give justice to the artist’s 50-year creative work. The audience is introduced to paintings of different periods – from earlier works of the end of 1950s to most spectacular triptychs, objects and graphic oeuvres from the major museum and private collections in Europe, America, and Russia.
The catalogue was made jointly by the “Ekaterina” Foundation, the State Russian Museum and “Palace Edition” Publishers. An exclusive article about the painter was contributed by Alexander Borovsky. The edition encompasses a large illustrative material (nearly 300 colour reproductions), interviews with the artist and selected bibliography.
